ABOUT THE SITE

This site was conceived in June of 2001, after we met 3/4 of U2
at the hotel they were staying at. Besides confirming my decision
to major in Development Studies, that experience forced me to think
of a project devoted to the band. This site is a product of an initial
month of work from redesigning my personal site and adding U2 elements
to it, and a lot more time trying to offer you U2 fans things that
Jules and I weren't so lucky to have access to earlier in our fandom.
Furthermore, although our main goal was to educate you on many U2-related
issues and ideas, we've learned A LOT ourselves by trying to reach
it. I hope you enjoy the site as much as we did making it. Thanks
for visiting!!
love,
mols
P. S. - I'd like to give credit to Bill Flanagan's U2 At The
End Of The World, Eamon Dunphy's Unforgettable Fire,
and Carter Alan's The Road To Pop for providing a lot of
the information that we've used throughout the website. If you haven't
already, check them out. They're all must-reads for U2 fans.
P. P. S. - PLEASE feel free to submit anything. Photos, mp3s, suggestions
- we'll be grateful for it all.
